Additionally, Dr. Leong completed an elite fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Oregon Health Sciences University. Dr. Leong was chosen to administer the board certification examination to younger surgeons, an honor only bestowed on a small number of trusted physicians in the United States.
